  • Delivery Time: Digital files are typically delivered within the agreed project timeline.
  • Confirmation: Once the delivery email is sent, we will notify you with a confirmation.

3. Physical Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We deliver physical materials such as printed brochures, flyers, and banners within Lahore and nearby areas.
  • Shipping Method: Local courier services will be used for deliveries.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Free delivery for orders within a 5 km radius of our office.
    • For other areas, delivery charges will apply based on the courier service fees.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Digital Services: 1-3 business days after project completion.
  • Physical Goods:
    • Within Lahore: 1-2 business days.
    • Outside Lahore: 3-5 business days (depending on courier service).

5. Order Tracking

For physical deliveries, we provide tracking details via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the client.
  • Unforeseen courier or logistics issues.
  • Public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

In case of delays, we will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue promptly.
