Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders for our services and products may be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Content & Academic Writing Orders

Since our writing services are custom-created upon order confirmation, cancellation terms depend on the project stage.

1.2 How to Request Cancellation

To cancel a writing service order:

Navigate to My Orders → Select the order → Click Request Cancellation

Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation

Cancellations are processed within 24–48 business hours.

2. Cancellation of Physical Products (Office Supplies)

2.1 Before Shipment

Orders for office supplies may be cancelled free of charge within 4 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

After this window, cancellation may incur a 10–15% restocking fee if processing has begun.

2.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You may refuse delivery or return the item after receipt (see refund and returns policy).

3. Refund Process

3.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout:

JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 3–5 business days

Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days

Credit/Debit Card: 7–10 business days (depending on issuing bank)

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Services already completed and approved by the client

Orders cancelled due to client-provided incorrect/insufficient brief

Digital deliverables already downloaded or accessed

Custom academic work where plagiarism-free guarantee was fulfilled

Orders cancelled after the deadline agreed upon for revisions

3.3 Partial Refunds

For partially completed work, refunds are calculated proportionally:

We encourage revisions over cancellations:

Free revisions: 2 rounds for content writing, 1 round for academic work (within 7 days of delivery)

Scope changes: Minor adjustments accepted before work reaches 50% completion

Major scope changes after work has begun may be treated as a new order

5. Force Majeure & Exceptions

Smart Solutions is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:

Natural disasters, internet outages, or power failures in Pakistan

Payment gateway failures (JazzCash, bank systems)

Client unresponsiveness beyond 48 hours during project execution

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer store credit.
